We at MagicVault want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created a shipping, returns, and payment policy to make your life easy.
Shipping
United States Customers: $2.99 Flat Rate shipped anywhere within the USA.
Please note: MagicVault reserves the right to set the shipping method at its own discretion and expense.
International Customers: Please contact us via email for a shipping quote. We offer low cost options for our international customers.
For all International shipments, MagicVault will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you and offer to will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available, or adjust the order per your instructions.
Returns
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged goods. Damaged goods will be replaced. No refunds will be issues unless a replacement good is no longer available.
Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and online check via PayPal. We also accept orders paid by manual check sent via physical mail.
